Did I really upload?

I apologize if this has been asked but I didn't see any threads addressing it.

I just uploaded a Widespread Panic torrent 07-07-28. After about an hour I do not see it in the tracker. Did I really upload it?

Also, I'm using Bit Torrent. Once I know the show is uploaded, how do I seed it?

I don't want to make like I'm the expert, I'm still pretty new around here, but, since I'm online; maybe you could outline step-by-step what you've done so far in more detail ?

You've been through a 'create torrent file' process through bit torrent?
You've been through the 'upload show' or 'upload torrent' process in the audio/video torrent forum?
etc etc

Hi Graham,
Thanks for replying.

I created a torrent file using U Torrent and saved it to my desktop. I completed all the steps for uploading it and then attached the torrent file and fired away.

I'm not sure if the upload was successful nor how to keep seeding it.

Bit Torrent is the program I use to DL Torrents.

When you complete the form to create the new torrent at the tracker, there's a button at the bottom of the screen, to attach your torrent file to the new thread .... you did that?

If you did, and created the new thread successfully, the tracker should have returned a screen with your new thread and this text in a big red box at the top of the thread;

"YOUR SHOW WAS SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED
This tracker is in members only mode. You must download your personalized torrent before you may begin seeding. Click HERE to get your personalized torrent."

Did you get this?

Are you creating an audio or video torrent?

Did you download the torrent file after you have uploaded and submitted the thread?

Please make sure to insert this URL exactly as it appears above. A mistake that seems to be a common one is accidentally including a space at the end from copying and pasting it from other places. Please make sure that you include only this 56-digit URL.

No, I don't recall getting that message. It's an audio torrent. I guess I'll try again.

Bob, my guess is that you did everything except hit the Submit New Thread button which would result in getting the message GRC quoted.
