DVD Lab Pro Help?

I'm authoring a DVD at the moment. First time i've properly authored a DVD for a wee while, i've almost finished it but just two questions

01) Before you get to the menu I want it to go through two blank screens with some text on them, how do I do this?

02) Also, when creating the chapters, how do I make the chapter titles just text without the thumbnail icons?

I used to be able to do this, but I can't remember for the life of me how this is done!

Any help we be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used DVDlab for a while, and am using Tsunami DVD author, which I find much more user friendly, but:

to add more menus, just right click on "menu" and select "add a menu", then you do it again, add text on the first two menus and then add your regular menu on the third. You will need to link the menus to each other.

As for not displaying the thumbnails, I think there is a button or feature to view chapters but I could be wrong.

For the chapter thing:

Just write the text, and then right-click and link it to the correct chapter.
