Uploading Shows

Ok I am finally ready to start sharing my shows I have taped over the years. I am not understanding how to make a Video_TS folder for a show. I am using uTorrent on a PC.

So you have some video but you aren't sure how to end up with a VIDEO_TS folder? What application are you using to author the DVD?
