Error Reads? : I/O error: Errno13 permission denied

I have successfully dl 60% of the moe tsunami show, and now I get this error, can someone help me understand what's going on and what I need to do :hmm: .

Sometime bittorrent still runs in the background, and if you start more than one gui (the same torrent) it will give you permission denied, go to Task manager and close down all bt-gui processes.
