anyone use utorrent1.6?

click the "file" button at the top left and you will see an option to create torrent. make your torrent file just like you would for any other client and you're in business

u-torrent is great for making torrents and downloading.
I feel personally that is the worst client i have ever used for uploading,sometimes taking 14 hours longer than the usual time with other clients in super-seed mode.
