How do I seed a show after I upload it?

I know this is a stupid question but I am clueless. How do I seed a show for others to upload (I used Azureus and I have a mac)?

After I figure that out then I need to figure out how to upload shows I have recorded with my MZ-M200 minidisc recorder.
