We've moved to a new server again. Our host is hoping this is going to be the final move for us (and we are hoping that is so also :) ). However, this new server only has 512MB RAM and so we've ordered another 512MB and hopefully it will come within the next week. Until then, the site is going to be experiencing errors at times at the server ends up using the hard drive as RAM and makes the server loads go up and then you can't get onto the site. Then, I go bug Jeff (or he already knows) and he reboots the server and one of us restarts the tracker and it all starts all over again.
So, again, thanks for your patience as we iron all of this out.
update: We are temporarily borrowing some RAM from another server until ours comes in.
