Wont Upload

I have downloaded several shows off of here in the past week and had no trouble uploading. It DLs Now I noticed that it will not upload torrents from this tracker, it will upload fine to etree torrents. I am running Bit Comet and On the torrent properties you cannot enable peer exchange or public DHT network(enabled on other torrents that are uploading) it says banned by tracker.
Any suggestions

I'd love to see the full error you are getting because we don't have one that just says "banned by tracker" so that doesn't help me track it down. Also, you don't want to enable DHT because that will bypass the tracker and cause problems and your stats won't get updated at all. I'm not sure what peer exchange is though. Are you saying that after you finished downloading the shows, you then stopped the torrent, and now when you try to start again you get an error? (Again, can you tell me the exact error.)
