Problems with my ISP (Limited).

My ISP, ONO (www.ono.es), limit me, and other people, my P2P downloads. I have a 500KB downloading and 35KB uploading, but in p2p programs like bittorrents, limited to 15KBs!
In "direct downloads" my speed is near the max. 300, 400, 450KBs...but in bittorrents just 15KB.
With emule 0.47c, with the encryptation or protocol enfuscation (not sure of the real name!) i resolve that problem, downloading at 70-200 KBs... but in bittorrents NO!.
I'm using now utorrent 1.6.1, and i know that have the encryptation tool too, but don't work... what can i do? open a different port?
I have a cable modem, with no wi-fi, XP sp2, windows firewall, and just one computer...

Also the ISP say that they don't limit p2p...

Heya Soni,
I had a similar problem with utorrent. I switched clients to Azureus, and that worked for me. You might want to try switching clients before you consider a hardware or other problem. Hope this helps.

I tested BitTornado (my fav one, sorry!), BitTorrent and uTorrent, with similars results.
My "limitation" is new, just a few weeks ago.
