Can I burn wav files to DVD-R, and play in my DVD player
or transfer to another PC?

First part of your question--you probably can...it depends on your model of DVD player. Some players are more fickle than others about playback from data discs, but WAV is a pretty standard format for DVD players to handle.

Second part of your question--if you're transferring to another PC, it's better to keep the files as FLAC/SHN/whatever format you got them in (traders like to get the original fileset, not to mention it'll take up less room than the WAV files). Note that a data DVD with FLAC and/or SHN on it will not work in your DVD player.

Actualy, I'm giving this to someone. It's a three CD
show, the guy does not know how to convert flac to
wav, hence wav.

It should be okay then if you're sending them to some non-trader buddy.

Of course, you could always bundle an installer of foobar2000 and TLH if you put the original files on the disc, and stick a little "readme" text file explaining that foobar2000 will play the files and TLH will convert the files. ;)

I think I'll do that. Thanks
