is there anyway to adjust your download/upload speed...it seems i am download 10kb and below (usually around 3,4,5kbs) and uploading around 30 kbs....i have looked in the preference but rally didn't see anything..???.would like to even out the download & upload...thanks..

you can double click on individual torrents and adjust up and down.... I think that's what your after?
