Could someone please help. Since installing the Nero plugin for FLAC I cannot get files converted from SHN with Shorten to be accepted for burning with Nero. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? :hmm:

I've got the same problem. What did you do?

First I found a plugin for Nero to enable me to drop the SHN files straight in for burning. I found this on the Bitburners site.
This worked well for a couple of weeks but then Nero would not burn some discs properly, getting to around 14% and freezing up. I tried converting the files the old way and then dropping them in for burning but Nero would not accept them. I ended up uninstalling Nero and then reinstalling it without the plugins. I use the old slower method of converting the files and then burning them now.
I hope this has been of some use to you.

you need to decode the lossless files [shn, flac, etc] to wav, then burn the wav's

Get Trader's Little Helper off here:

http://thor.prohosting.com/roh0205/

It encodes/decodes FLAC, SHN and APE files from/Into WAV files, so you can burn the stuff as WAV files with no prob.
