Want to find out how to capture the Vegoose stream in the blueroom. Also did anyone gte yesterdays shows?

Want to find out how to capture the Vegoose stream in the blueroom. Also did anyone gte yesterdays shows?You can use Audacity software for the audio only. The only thing is after the audio is captured, you have to break up into individual tracks. Not that difficult, just time consuming. Anyone know of a good/free video capturing software?
