How to view public poll results?

suppose a person was to, hypothetically, post a poll with the 'public' option checked. how would you view check the public results (hypothetically?)

Added: If you, hypothetically, already voted in the poll, then you need to hit the link for the *number* of votes. It will take you to the screen with all the names who voted for each item.
