I have windows XP...which torrent should I download? and how in the world do you use this site???

To connect to a BitTorrent, you'll need a client. It's a small piece of software that installs on your computer that will allow you to connect with other computers. It doesn't matter if you're both using the same client though, only that you are using one and can connect to the tracker server.
