Not Firewalled: What???

After changing everything back to dynamic settings and enabling upn port mapping, etc from utorrent I am not firewalled like before. Any idea what is going on?

I did see two conflicting writeups on whether you have upn port mapping on. I don't have it on, so I told you to not have it on. It sounds like you are set up just a bit differently from the way I am and it is benefitial to you to have it on.
