Ok...I hit the Submit button to upload a torrent...what now

I am having trouble understanding how this works. Once it is submitted what next?

it looks like you attatched the torrent, but never submitted the thread

you're supposed to fill out the thread, attatch the torrent, then hit the submit button, then download the torrent from the newly created thread.
