How do i play 3GP files

How do i play 3gp files on my Mac. I am on mac OSX 10.4.7 and Quick Time 7.1.2. ?.

Thanks Guys for the replies. Maybe i am missing something but the Zwei Stein Converter seems to be for windows machine only.

I am also running VLC 0.8.1 but that does not recognise the files either.
