im new. i need help

i assume that if i find something that i want to download that if its old.. that it may be hard to download it if no one is seeding it if i understand correctly. i have started to download a few things that seem to have stopped midway and i cant seem to get them to continue. i assume this is because no one is seeding it for me to get it. is this right?? so perhaps i can list the items i was trying to get.. here.. and someone will help me.
the items i am having a hard time downloading include..
ramones the chinese wall
tangerine dream bootlegs and rareties.. << note the spelling
pink floyd music for architectural students

i havent started the traffic video rarities yet. i did get the torrent for it tho.
and i dont have a dvd burner but im figuring on making my first vcd with my cd burner from it once i get it. will this work???

i also havent gotten or been able to get.. led zep 1 10 69 or 10 9 72
but i may try again on them to see if they work currently.. i may not have tried to get them yet.. i dont think i have.. they are waiting their turn haha..

also.. ramones 6 6 80 hard time completing this one.. it wont move.
other than that.. i am only interested in getting old shows..
from 60s and early 70s i guess. anything psychedelic.. .obscure..
space rock too..

im currently working on trying to find things that are currently being
seeded but i dont know exactly how to work this site.
i think im doing pretty good so far.. but as i said.. im new..
and i dont know all the tricks or details on how to do things yet.

I have a feeling you are posting on the wrong site. I can't find any of those shows you listed on this tracker, so I can't comment on what is going on regarding seeds. I see you currently on one torrent, Led Zeppelin xxxx-xx-xx Who's Counting Joe? (FLAC), which has 3 seeds and 3 leechers. You are not firewalled, which is good. The best thing to do before getting on a torrent is to check the seeding situation and make sure the show is well seeded. On this site, we list the seeds/leechers/completes in a few different places - in the ABT (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12) or VBT (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=13) forum right new to the show title (the 3/3/151 means 3 seeds/ 3 leechers/ 151 completes), in the thread right above the torrent file, and in the torrent list (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/torrents.php?tor=list)
