If you just want to burn, there are plugins for nero. Also, Burrrn (http://www.burrrn.net/) will do it too.

I've never converted them, sorry.

I just did it with Foobar2000 v0.8.3 and that's freeware. You really should have this program if you don't already, it's amazing.
