Is bootleg trading exclusively legal for music or can unreleased television shows or unreleased sports events, I'm mainly hoping to trade WWF/WWE wrestling bootlegs

I think WWF and WWE are better suited for wrestling sites than a music trading site.

I'm not attempting to upload anything on this site, I was just wondering if it would be legal to trade this stuff, because if it is I plan to add some of my stuff to my list on phishhook

Well, I have to say I'm unsure whether it's 'legal' or not. Are you making the assumption that trading bootlegs is really legal in the first place? (Something that gets argued about all the time.)

If you join the Vince McMahon Kiss My Ass Club, then you can trade the shows

theres tons of people who trade that sorta stuff

the legality is perhaps an issue but that can be applied to music as well, its kind of a fine line

I know of trade sites where people trade DVDs of sporting events as well (no wrestling though).

And really once something is broadcast (MLB etc) they all have those disclaimers about usage rights, and most of those wrestling deals end up getting released I believe unless its rare crap. Dunno much about it.

Theres a fine line, I highly doubt you'd get into trouble for it.

We actually did have a guy come here and post a few months ago who was into trading WWF wrestling DVDs. I don't know if anyone ever PMed him about a trade nor do I know if he stuck around.
