WAV Splitter emergency!! (Sadly, not a noob!)

I haven't used a wav splitter in a while but now I've got some DAT SBD WAVs that I need to split (in hopefully flawless fashion.)

I used to use some cool Win XP app that had a black background and when you inserted the split point, it would visibly change the earlier track to a different color than the new track and so on until you had a rainbow of different tracks. Then, you just hit 'save as' and all the tracks wind up separated cleanly.

WHAT THE HECK WAS THE NAME OF THAT PROGRAM??? I need it, I know how to use it, and my brain is hurting from not remembering.

I have used EAC to split one large .WAV file into tracks. It is quite easy to use as well.
