When Trying to burn Phish Holy Grail, its saying bitrate too high

I am using Sonic My DVD Plus and it goes through the motions and ejects the disc saying bit rate too high. Any links to software or ideas would be appreciated. :D

Roxio now owned by sonic requires me to use disc copy to burn the DVDs that are downloaded from TTD
