why can i, then i cant, then ican post in all forums

since i have been here i seem to be able to post in say technobabble, but not in video vines forum, not in audio forum but can in others? then other visits it is random, i can post in video vines etc etc, any ideas what i am doing wrong, if anything?

also worth mentioning is that torrents that have finished get archived and are only there for reference, thus the "inactive" forums can't be posted in.
