Seeding question

I was at a music swap meet sorta thing a few years ago and bought a DVD of Roy Buchanan apperances on Rockpalast and Austin City Limits. Now it seems like it's just the kind of thing I could get off of this site and shouldn't be sold. I was wondering if I can seed this show and about the technicalities of doing so. (I may not be able to seed via BitTorrent because I have a shared internet connection and it would take a really long time. If I can't do it that way, I'll start a vine).
