Help with Firewall issue

I recently installed Norton anti virus 2006 and now I see "firewalled" under my Name and on the "peers" section it shows me as red.

I think Norton anti virus is doing this?

How do I turn it off?

I've checked Windows Firewall and it says it's off I have also tried turning auto protect (in Norton) off disabled "auto update" (in Norton) and disabled ("worm protection" (in Norton)

Please Help

By the way I'm also downloading something over at Etree and it shows me as not be firewalled
