I just downloaded the Miles Davis DVD Collection Vol 1. I checked it this morning. The gui tells me it's done with a share ratio of 60%, but I have an error log for it. Do I have a good file? The errors are posted below. Thanks for your help. I hope to be a mainstay and a helpful part of this site..

Did you try running the md5s on the files? That will tell you if the files are correct.

Failed hashes, etc. happen all the time. I wouldn't worry about that.

What you need to do is check the MD5 file that was supplied in the torrent. Download Trader's Little Helper and verfiy the MD5 file with it.

Yes, I ran the md5's, and they ran fine. I thought the md5's only checked to see if the physical file is available, not the integrity of the file. I compared the size of my files to the sizes posted on the link for the download, and some of mine are a little bigger than what's posted on the link, so that had me concerned. Is this an accurate comparison though?

The md5s will verify that your file is the same as the original file.

As Tom said, failed hash checks happen all the time. You should just ignore them. If you get a whole lot from one particular person, then sometimes it is best to block that person.
