?? Question about Donations..

Good morning All.
I travel constantly for work.. I have never been able to solve my port forwarding problems. My sharing ratio got completely trashed.

So I have a question about Donations.. Years ago.. We could donate to help offset our terrible ratios.. Is that still the case?
Please let me know. I'd like to fix it and give back.

That was DIME that used to offset bad ratios if you donated. They don't enforce ratios here. But yours is terrible, and it isn't all due to being firewalled.
