I recently switched from Spectrum to Omni Fiber and can no longer download anything using bit torrent. I get "Network not enabled" or "network is unreachable" status, then it says "OK (DHT backup only)." I'm not totally computer illiterate, but I can't figure this out.

Both of those errors are generally signs the torrent software can not connect to the tracker, often times it is a firewall issue either with you or your ISP, I have seen ISP block torrent access this could be the case being as you have switched ISP's. Are you able to access torrents on other sites I.E. Dime or the such?
