I've just upgraded to a DVD burner and it came with nero. I ditched my old-school easy cd creator and decided to install nero. When I put in the disc I was given the option to install as a suite. I chose this method and installed:

Nero Express
NeroVision Express 2
Nero Media Player

There are also 3 other things I have the option to install:

InCD 4
EasyWrite Reader
Content & Templates

Should I install these last 3? Do I need these?

I would avoid the InCD 4 installation although that seems to be a newer version than I am familiar with.

So far I haven't installed any of these and have had no problems doing what I want to do for the time being. I've been able to burn audio CDR's and data CDR's with no problems. I do have another question, though. When I download updates for nero where is the proper place to save them? I have installed 2 updates in a blank folder I called Audio Program Updates. Do I need to move them to a different place and/or do anything to them to activate the updates?

Seems as though you answered the question of installing those options, if you need them you can do it later. All the updates I've D/Led are executables just like the original installation programs and need to be run after downloading

Updates are full program installers. It's better to uninstall Nero before installing the updates. Your key number will be kept on your system.
