Please don't ask for that stuff here. I did a Google search and found what you're looking for in 2 seconds...and it wasn't expensive. Just buy the stuff.

Please don't ask for pirated software.

Hi Mamba,
what do you mean "pirated"? I'm asking a favor from someone who bought it legaly, the same way I bought it! Sure, it's my stupidity, that I cannot find the CD which came with the recorder, but I'm not doing anything illegal. I paid my dues to Panasonic, it cost me $70. Unfortunately, as other people pointed out, Panasonic refuses any support for this older product, and at this point I don't see any other way, than ask some good soul to give me a copy of theirs. Sure I looked on the net - I did not find it. If you did, maybe you could send me a link instead ....
The recorder is basically useless for me without the ability to download. I'm sorry, this is the last option I'm trying. I still hope some good soul will respond. Thanks.

Well, I found the recorder and the software, but can't find the software itself for sale...I'm at work so can't search all day long. Saw it on Ebay.

There is this FAQ link:

You have to understand that there are plenty of people out there just looking for free software. It's impossible for us to figure out who is truly looking for help vs. people looking to score free stuff.

I'll try to keep looking around. Have you tried contacting Pansonic directly?

Well, I understand, Mamba. This is the first time I resorted to asking the general public to help me in this way.... would not do it if I didn't have to.
Yes, I called Panasonic, was put on hold for 20 minutes, transferred from dept to dept and finally told they do not have a download of it and will call me back in a day in case they find anything. That was a week ago.
I did go on e-bay, but am (of course) trying to avoid spending additional money on top of what I already spent. I bought the product new and it ain't cheap for me.

Well, thanks for looking around, if you find something and remember me, let me know.
