new to bit torrents

a little help here please. I am using azureus on a mac. I am trying to download a video for the first time. How do I do this? I tried to copy and paste the link but that dosen't seem to work. I read the faq and it is very confusing to me. I have lots of things to offer the board, but right now I want to start out downloading. I will upload in the future. Thanks for a short walk through explanation.

Click on the .torrent file and download it to your desktop. Double click on it and it will open Azureus. Tell it where you want to save the show and click ok. You should be set.

Keep it going when you've finished downloading until you've uploaded at least as much as you downloaded.
