Missing ffp file - next steps?

Few years ago I downloaded a concert from a website that had almost everything: music in FLAC format, text file, artwork, etc. except no fingerprint file.

I’d like to share it here but can’t as-is. Recommendations? I’m no stranger to downloading torrents but new to creating them. Any Linux software you can recommend to make ffp files, and would that even be acceptable since I didn’t create the FLACs?

TLH (for a PC) or xAct (for Mac). Dunno abt Linux.
