Torrents stalled at 99.8%

First off thanks to all for the tracker.

I have 3 George Harrison torrents stalled at 99.8% for a few weeks all 3 at the same 99.8%
GH-91-009, GH-91-013, & GH-91-006
I can't see any issues but short of starting new downloads how can they be completed?
A qBittorrent client issue?
Should I even be concerned?

No it's not your torrent program. All 3 need some more data to complete them.

For anyone who downloaded these, if you can seed and are on Windows, Seeding Helper can help you fill these requests. My data collecting friend who's helping seed the site is trying to get them as well to share back to others.
