Flac (Level 1 to 8 compression option on android)

Hi everyone, what app, website, or program should I use to able to have the option of using the level 1 through 8 flac compression, when converting wav to flac, since I use an Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8.0", 2019)?

TLH or FLAC Frontend.

I suspect that levels 1-3 will give you file sizes closer to SHN.
