I dunno...I don't see anyone at 99.9%.

Perhaps it was just taking you that long to get that last piece from a seeder.

Well, what you may want to do is figure out which piece is not completing and trying deleting it from your computer and redownloading it. (I would not actually delete it but simple rename it).

That's a rather large torrent. You didn't run out of space, did you?

Also, don't forget to try to seed it to a 1:1 ratio.

Sometimes the torrent is also finished at 99% and a small file would be corrupted, usually a txt or a non data file.
