How Do I Import A Minidisc Using Win XP/Audacity?

I have the mini disc player connected to the input plug on my pc, so what do I do now?

Open your XP volume control /options /properties select recording and then select line in as source. If you have a speaker icon in the system bar you can double click it to bring up the volume control.
