Transmission/UTorrent

I got tired of UTorrent problems and installed Transmission. The first torrent I downloaded Windows gave me the options to pick either one(which I was hoping for). Since then, it goes directly to UTorrent. Any ideas?

Delete uTorrent

Change the default program that's associated with torrent files.
