I would like to convert some of my music dvds onto cd so i can listen to them on my stereo. im not too sure how to do it but im guessing there's software that allows you to take audio from a dvd and put it onto a cd. if anyone knows of any good software or advice please pm me

DVD Audio Extractor is one tool.

I assume you're talking about ripping audio from a regular video DVD, not the high resolution tracks from a DVD-Audio disc, right? If so, the tools above will work. If you're talking about ripping high res tracks, that's more difficult.

You can do it with dvd decrypter and a good audio editor. These guides will give you some tips.
