Hi. I was uploading shows on here about 8-10 years ago. I created a torrent for anthrax show at the Ritz 1986-06-14. I uploaded it with no issues. When I download it, it does do anything even when forced
I am firewalled, but I don't remember having an issue before. I cannot get onto the router because my roommate has no idea what the password is. Am I SOL for uploading shows? Thanks.
I am currently using qbittorrent.

Did you create the torrent correctly? Did you choose the correct tracker?

Is the folder you have set as the default download folder the same folder your show resides in? You may need to turn off the option to download to a certain folder and set it to always ask where to download.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the folders with the flac, setlist and ffp file are in a folder by themselves and in the main folder titled AUDACITY. The downloaded flacs go to a folder called my name/DOWNLOAD. What else cold it be? If it is the firewall, how can I circumnavigate that since I do not know my routers password?

If you are firewalled, it simply means you cannot talk/seed to others that are firewalled. You can talk/seed to anyone who is not firewalled. So, how many others are trying to get the show from you? If more than 3 or 4, then I would guess that at least one other is not firewalled.

But where is your torrent file? It can't be in the same folder as the FLACs, etc.

The torrent file is also in the AUDACITY folder, but not in the sub folder with the flacs. When I download the torrent, it points to the flacs correctly, but they won't download. Any other ideas of what's going on? Thanks.

Try making a copy of the files in another location and redownload the torrent, pointing the client to the alternate folder
Could be an issue with your isp

I created another torrent upload a few minutes before I saw your post. Something is still not right. I am using qbittorrent, but I created the torrent file with traders little helper. Could that be an issue.? I have been out of this for too long and I cannot pick up on what is wrong. Thanks.

just to clarify, you're downloading the new torrent file from the thread you started yeah? you can't seed with the same one you created in TLH

Yes, I am downloading the torrent from the site, not TLH. Any other insight at why I can't download? Thanks.

Is the "AUDCITY" folder located inside your "name/DOWNLOAD'" folder?

It is not. I just uploaded another torrent and it is still not working. I am so frustrated!!
Flacs, ffp, and text file are in: PC/Music/Dag Nasty- City Gardens Trenton NJ 1987-03-08 (!6 bit) (flac) folder
Torrent that I created is in: PC/Documents folder
folder to which I am downloading the torrent files from TTD are going to: PC/Downloads
I don't get any errors anywhere in the process. I'm using Qbittorrent. When the torrent file is downloaded from TTD, I open it at it puts the torrent file into qbittorrent and it says "stalled".
If you have any guidance about what I am doing wrong or how you arrange your folders, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

These two should be the same location.
Copy your "Dag Nasty- City Gardens Trenton NJ 1987-03-08 (!6 bit) (flac)" folder into your "Downloads" folder.
