How do i seed from my external hardrive

I have a few shows on my exhd and i want to seed but everytime i dl the torrent it starts dl'ing the show...how can i upload again?

Open the torrent and point it to the file on your hard drive that has the show. It should go through the downloading process quickly, and once you reach 100% it will start sharing. You aren't firewalled, right???

Thats not true...

He is just reconnecting to seed something he already downloaded....jumping back on, if you will.

That's why I asked him originally what he was trying to do!! If he said upload a new torrent, I would have given him Johns number and said, "Here, call THIS guy!"
