dvd9 burning error's

i use roxio easy media creator and cannot seem to burn dvd9's as of late. i have successfully burned this show before, but now i cant. i also tried with a version of nero, and still get errors. i pissed thru about 15 dvd9's and all have errors. when it first started happenin, i was just bout done with a package of dvd9's and started gettin errors on the last two disks in the bunch. not thinkin much of it, i opened a new pack and retried, still gettin errors. i run windows xp if it helps. please, any help will be appreciated and rewarded. thanks

not any help really to you but i have never got a dl to burn in nero--tried 3 times and all 3 didn't even start to burn and a error pops up

i think it was the discs though because they didn't burn on 2 other burners either
i will have to try a verbatim to see for sure
