Is this a Nero issue?

This DVD just finished a couple of hours ago.....and when I attempt to view the VOB files in Nero Showtime, the audio and video stop and start about twice a second....the md5's are error free....Does this look like a prob with Nero?

I just realized I have a Gov't Mule DVD that's doing the same thing....:(

Have you tried watching it with another DVD player like VLC (videolan.org)?
