new PC question

i got a new PC and windows 10...i installed Utorrent and now i transferred all the shows that were seeded here on the traders den to the new computer i cant seed them without downloading them..is this normal??

re-download the torrent file, make sure utorrent is set to d/l to the directory where you put the shows, then before you tell it to 'run' 'start' whatever the command is, make it re-check the files to make sure it sees they are already there and doesn't d/l them all over again

the new pc has a whole new setup looks like..which IS NOT GOOD.
old pc says My Document and the new PC says this document and when i download the thread torrent and saveit.. it downloads the shows again.
