The System Does Not Let Me 'Like' Any Posts -- Why?

Every time I tried to 'like' a post, I get a rejection message stating, "Sorry, you are not allowed to 'Like' this post" (see attached screen shot).

Any ideas as to why this is the case and what can be done to fix it?
