not downloading

All of a sudden the torrents will post in utorrent but not download. They just sit there saying "downloading".
I haven't changed anything in the settings.
If it is a router issue, I don't know how to change those settings but I am willing to take instruction from a kind soul.
It is just weird that it happened out of nowhere.
Any help will be appreciated.
(I have no problem on Dime, if that helps)

I had the same problem with Vuze and TTD, and utorrent, when I tried that as an alternative.

My main issue was blocked ip addresses, even though the seeders were not in the range of the blocked addresses.

Not sure how to fix in utorrent, but that might put you on the right track.
