I have a dvd-r that is pink, and my blu-ray player won't play it. Has anyone had this issue?

Thanks

Have you tried changing your settings?

What do I change in the settings? I clicked on setup, but I didn't see anything about discs. I tried the disc on my pc, and it worked.

What kind of content is on the disc? Does it have standard DVD file structure in it (VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS folders) or is it just video files? There's something about the format of the disc your Blu-ray player doesn't like. I would highly doubt it has anything to do with the color of the disc.

It is video_ts vob files. There isn't an audio_ts folder.

Are you sure the DVD has been authored or are the files raw data?

Yes it has a menu.

I still think you need to change your settings.

Jay is a moron. Disregard his drivel.

Why don't you rip the colored DVD to your computer and re-burn it onto a regular DVD-r?

I just re-burned them on regular dvd-r's and they still won't play. It's still saying there is an error with the color scheme.
