Bootleg dvd files

Hi!
I am back on the bootleg scene after a long time and I have downloaded my first dvd but I have forgotten all my knowledge on how the heck I mount the video files without burning to a disc first?

The files are .Vod etc

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Windows, Mac, Linux?

VLC, SM Player and many others will play DVDs from hard disks (Open Folder or similar option).
