Still Firewalled?

Need a little help here. I followed everything on portforward.com and it say here on this site that I'm still firewalled. Can't figure it out.:wtf:

Sometimes it takes the site a little while to recognize the updated status.

Shut it down a few times but still says firewalled.

You have to do it several times in a row, and leave your computer on. . .
