could someone explain to me how to convert 24 bit files to 16 bit files using nero 8.

I assume this must be possible or you wouldn't ask, but get a real audio editing program instead. Audacity is free and will do this for you.

If I get an Iso file that is Pal for a segment then the rest is NTSC . . . Can I upload it? Download is NTSC . . .
